First of all, let's distinguish between the pea-sized bubbles created by the bubbler valve/tube and the tiny bubbles created at the electrodes. |

Let's adjust the bubbler valve - that is what causes the pea-sized bubbles coming into the jar through the bubbler tube. The only reason for producing these bubbles is for creating water vapor. They are not for cooling the water off or adjusting the vacuum. And more bubbles is not better. |

To properly set your "bubbler" on your Water4Gas system (either the vaporizer or the electrolyzer), please follow these steps: |

- Disconnect the negative electrode wire.
- With no power going to the electrolyzer, turn on the engine.
- Adjust the bubbler cap (aka: bubbler valve) in the gasoline car so that with the jar hooked up to the vacuum and the car at idle, you have AT MOST 1 to 3 bubbles per second coming into the water. You don't need much water vapor at all.
- Reconnect your negative electrode and make sure everything is working right.

- For an HHO Generator system, completely closed - no air coming into the jar - is an option.
- For Diesels, adjust the bubbler at max suction - max RPM. If no air bubbling even at max RPM, skip it.

As far as the tiny bubbles being produced at the electrodes, this is good. More bubbles, more HHO. |
