1. If it's so good, why haven't I heard about it?
You're hearing about it now! Water-fuel technology has been around
since...you'll find it hard to believe...the year 1800! The first internal
combustion engines ran on Hydrogen (made from water) for the first 8 years until
they "invented" gasoline. Our do-it-yourself design is based on old-old U.S.
patents from 1884 and 1918. Amazing but true. This is not new!
Now Hydrogen is coming back. It's in fashion, everybody's talking about it – and
tens of thousands are actually doing it! They are generating Hydrogen at home or
on board their vehicles, rather than buying Hydrogen at the pump. That's good,
because if we'd be buying Hydrogen at the pump, it would pull us back all the
way to square one – being dependent on a monopoly for such vital resources as
transportation, home energy and hospitals (emergency diesel generators).

your country. In general I can say that certain regulations have been put in
place to prevent car owners from changing their cars to performance vehicles
rather than vehicles that waste gas and pollute the environment.

don't you contact your own insurer, possibly anonymously, and ask this question.

run 100% on Hydrogen. We don't run engines on Hydrogen – we're only interested
in Hydrogen for the purpose of boosting your poorly burning gasoline or diesel

vapor or water products (hydrogen, oxygen) COOL DOWN the engine and cause other
effects such as less vibration, steam-cleaning of old carbon deposits, etc.
overall effect, in the long run, is LESS MAINTENANCE, less breakdowns, LESS
DAMAGE COMPARED TO NORMAL VEHICLES. And that's what auto makers and dealers hate
– Hydrogen-on-demand (Hydrogen made from water on board the vehicle) makes your
car break down too slow so they lose money on sales of new cars and used cars.
Cars today are calculated to last 100,000 miles, and Hydrogen-on-demand could
double it to 200,000 miles or more; at least as far as the engine AND
TRANSMISSION too since there are far less vibrations.
3. What about freezing cold weather?

sooner or later, so you have to keep adding some more daily.
One solution that you may like is to put quick-connect plugs on both the
electrical connection and the hose connections. Before you leave the vehicle
for any extended period of time (more than 30 minutes), take the device
personally think this one is the best solution: “BATTERY WARMERS” are being
sold online for as little as $19.20. Battery Warmers from

Both types of warmers take little energy (about 60 Watts) so you can keep it
on all night. Wrap the battery warmer around any water-holding device in
your system. You may also wrap the device WITH THE WARMER with Mylar® or
aluminum foil to minimize heat loss. Disconnect the warmer before driving,
because the Electrolyzer will keep itself warm when active.
Another option, costing as low as $0.99 on eBay, is to place a “Coffee Mug
Warmer” under the Electrolyzer. Optionally wrap it with Mylar®, aluminum
foil or some other type of insulating blanket. Search eBay for "coffee mug
warmer", it will bring up many offers. Choose one, cut off the USB plug and
connect it to a cigarette lighter plug (your best choice of connection so
you don't have to open the hood in order to switch it on and off). I've
found such a plug with an in-line fuse and a long cord for $1.29 on eBay,
and you can also find the plug at your auto parts shop for about $2.
4. Would the Hydrogen still run my engine if I
ran out of fuel?
wish! I wish so too but it is not practical. Let me stress again that Hydrogen
is SUPPLEMENTAL TO YOUR REGULAR FUEL. You do not switch to 100% water; the water
and its Hydrogen-Oxygen products are used AS BOOSTERS for better combustion of
the normal fuel.

5. What further modifications would I have to
make to run my car completely on water?
don't know how to do that. Nobody in the entire water-fuel industry has a
product to run your car completely on water. What's wrong with improving gas
economy by 30%-50% for a while, at least until comes along who can offer a
100%-water-car? Patience is golden.
6. Will my vehicle's on-board computer prevent increased fuel economy?
and no. We have learned that in most newer vehicles 1996 and newer, yes, the
on-board computer (usually called ECU or PCM) will get confused in the presence
of water-fuel, and will usually spoil fuel economy. It is a common story: you
install a water-fuel system, it improves mileage for a day or two, and then the
computer kicks in and makes you lose the gains.
HOWEVER we as an industry have made significant advancements in this regard. The
technology has matured greatly in the past year – now many of our Independent
Vendors have devised affordable methods and systems to “bring the computer back
to sanity”. If they don't have their own devices to address this issue, they can
use a solution from another Vendor.

be more stubborn or complicated than others, requiring more effort and time to
tune for stable fuel economy.

simpler, even if you have a Turbo Charger, and the results so far are indicating

nice aspect about diesels is how EASY it is to gain more mileage. My
understanding is this: since there is no computerized timing control on most
diesels, the fast-ignited Hydrogen will not have to "argue" with a stupid
computer, but will rather ignite at a better timing. This is not true to all new
models, but is true for most trucks running on the road today.
8. Is this good for any Turbo/Hybrid and
for Natural gas/Alcohol?
you have a Turbo Charger – whether gasoline or diesel – the Hydrogen must be
injected BEFORE THE TURBO. The connection is extremely simple. We have had
tremendous successes with turbos! The results and success stories are published
on this website. Hydrogen-on-demand technology is expected to work just fine for
you too – same simple technology, same simple installation. If you understand
the vehicle, you can install it yourself. If you're not sure, work with your
mechanic or go to the Product Selection Guide and have a professional company
install the system on your vehicle or fleet.
Technically speaking, any engine built or converted to burn gas (natural gas,
CNG, etc.) is readily adapted for Hydrogen, too. Ignition timing is set to burn
gas-type of fuel because the spark is firing after top-dead-center. Adding
Hydrogen to natural gas should be fairly straight-forward: just hook it up to
the vacuum intake like you (or your installer) would do in any gasoline or

Nobody can. I'm not even willing to estimate, because there are so many
circumstances and factors that influence fuel economy. All I can tell you is the
average between many 1000's of customers and experimenters is 30%-35%

fuel, are not toys! I've had people trying to ignite the Hydrogen for fun...oh
boy!!! They “just wanted to see if it would ignite”... Of course it will,
dummies! Hydrogen ignites if you put a match to it, and then its flame runs at
3.5 Mach! Nothing that you want chasing after you, man.

them you are not in danger, or more correctly there is very minimal danger. In
fact, Hydrogen-on-demand technology is NOT more dangerous than the usual
automotive technologies involving fuel, cooling, etc. For instance we all know
that the radiator is essential to cool down the engine, and without it the car
will go up in smoke. However if you open the radiator cap when hot, you're going
to get hurt, isn't that right? The danger is not in the radiator – the danger is
in ignorance and carelessness. There are safety rules and they are quite simple,
but you have to know them and apply them.

demonstrate my system to people almost every day and it is totally safe because
I follow the rules. I NEVER had a fire, explosion or meltdown, even on a 21-year
old truck that was literally falling apart. Follow my footsteps for maximum
general: “Hydrogen-on-demand” means that we are not storing Hydrogen! We're
using all the Hydrogen that we're producing, immediately. There is no Hydrogen
storage tank to explode in case of an accident. Hydrogen-on-demand is MUCH SAFER
THAN HYDROGEN CARS OR PROPANE/NATURAL GAS VEHICLES.
11. Will this technology fit my car or truck?
I will not
promise you the moon. However, from our decades of combined experience we have
seen Hydrogen-on-demand technology performing great on the great majority of
vehicles it was installed and used on. Again, there is no 100%. Even NASA has
failures. But the most probable answer is “YES our system most probably WILL
work on your car or truck!”
12. Typically how far will one quart of water go
before you change the water?
Toyota the DIY single quart jar was good for 900-1000 miles at a time. But every
design is different, and different cars seem to draw different amounts of water
from the same device.
tested many designs and in general they all seem to consume very little water.
On a small car you'll need approximately a quart (1 liter) of water per 2000
miles. In a larger model installed on an 18-wheeler, the reported consumption
was a quart of water per 500 miles.
In a new
unit I'm testing (November 2008), operating with Pure Distilled Vinegar, hardly
any vinegar is being used (approximately 1 oz per 3000 miles); that's because
the unit operates on very low current (2.5 Amps), stays cool so it does not
produce much steam/vapor. In other words: the amount of water required to
produce pure Hydrogen/Oxygen (no steam) is very small. (This system will be
available soon in our Product Selection Guide).
13. Where should I start if I want to build my
own Hydrogen-on-demand system?
You'll get EVERYTHING needed to replicate the system and make it work. We have
no reason to hide information from you. On the contrary, we NEED you to be able
to make a working system, and we want you to be able to copy the system and sell
(or give away) Hydrogen-on-demand systems. That's because the more people know
about it, the safer and closer we get to the day that we can all drive on water.
14. Can I use this technology to build HHO
IT!!! Welding with HHO (Hydrogen and Oxygen from water) is very powerful – but
might be dangerous if done incorrectly. If you're looking for PROFESSIONALLY
BUILT welding machines that use HHO for welding, search the Internet and you
will find them. I've seen them go from $4,500 (B.E.S.T. company from Korea) up
to even $7,000 (Aquygen™ from Clearwater, Florida). They require lots of
electricity, specialized knowledge and professional tools. In my humble opinion,
welding equipment is not a do-it-yourself project.

15. Is this technology fit for generators?

engines running purely on Hydrogen generated from water.

better combustion. Tractors and large farm equipment are similar to pickup
trucks and big rig trucks – and there are many successes of using
Hydrogen-on-demand on those.
The difference in boats and trains is that they operate in FULL THROTTLE (or
near) most of the operation time. This means that the amount of Hydrogen needed
by the engine will be higher.
17. What's the difference between HHO (Brown's
Gas/Hydroxy) and Hydrogen?
contains one part of Oxygen (as well as two parts of Hydrogen of course), in
contrast to pure Hydrogen. HHO is significantly more combustible than Hydrogen,
thanks to the presence of Oxygen in perfect proportion. Pure Hydrogen has its
benefits, but is a bit more expensive to make. That's the charm of HHO – it's
easy and economical to make.
18. My teacher/friend said you cannot get more
energy out of Hydrogen to pay for the energy you have put in!?
teacher is correct. But this is NOT what we are doing here. We do NOT try to
operate our cars or engines on Hydrogen energy!!! We just take EXCESS energy out
of the battery or alternator and use this electricity to generate a SMALL amount
of Hydrogen per minute. What that Hydrogen does, is it help to split the
fuel/air mixture droplets into a finer mist – thus helping it burn more
efficiently and more completely.
Now HOW do we do it? This is explained in my book and on this website as well.
Water is being split into Hydrogen and Oxygen with a simple device called “Electrolyzer”,
and fed into the UNCONVERTED engine (same fuel system). Hydrogen is just a
BOOSTER. The engine does not run on Hydrogen. The engine runs on its regular
fuel SUPPLEMENTED by Hydrogen!
In other words, the "paradox" comes from misunderstanding: you are looking into
Hydrogen as a source of energy. But we are NOT about Hydrogen as a source of
energy. It is about burning fuel more efficiently by improving the fuel/air
mixture with the help of a SMALL amount of Hydrogen+Oxygen.
